Job Description:
To maintain and expand operations with customers of MUHU (USA) admixture products for the Ready Mix and Precast/Prestress Concrete industries, develop customer relationships and provide a high degree of technical support. Increase MUHU’s market share for concrete admixtures in the USA and increase sales growth.

Duties:
-Develop relationships with operating, technical and senior management of Ready Mix and Precast/Prestress Concrete industries;
-Visit existing customers to cement relationships and provide Technical Support;
-Develop new customers by advising on best value added solutions to maximize revenue and profitability;
-Assist in carrying out admixture tests at customers’ laboratories/plants;
-Provide weekly report to manager on key activities and forecasted monthly sales volumes, market trends and competitors activities/pricing;
-Liaise with Customer Services on deliveries and troubleshooting;
-Liaise with Technical Service Dept on product selection and trials;
-Increase sales of Specialty products working with sales management on planned strategies;
-Ensure timely collection of cash receivables from customers;
-Manage all the commercial and transactional presale activities;
-Respond to customer technical and pricing enquiries and do quotations.

Job Requirements:
-Three years relevant work experience within the American concrete, cement and admixtures materials market;
-Bachelor degree or above in cement or construction materials, civil engineering, chemistry, etc;
-Excellent English & ideally Spanish language.

Job Description:
In this position you will provide plans and direction for improving profitability and revenue in USA. This includes identifying new business opportunities, key account relationships and support of newly attained “major” accounts. Trains, develops, and mentors direct reports. Responsible for maintaining industry relationships in USA. Ensures that Company initiatives, policies, procedures are implemented and communicated effectively reported to GM.

Specifically, you are expected to:
-Identify targets unsold, undersold, upsell opportunities, new product opportunities and profit improvement accounts
-Identifying segment potential and developing market share targets
-Developing resource deployment plans
-Accountable for regional customer satisfaction
-Provide feedback and direction with direct reports for adjustment to planning.
-Informs Business Group management on progress to plan and adjusts plans based on management feedback.
-Responsible for coaching and mentoring direct reports for performance improvement and professional development and training.
-Accountable for technical support and response to customer related issues.
-Maintains leadership in regional Industry associations.
-Informs appropriate organizational function of competitor and market intelligence.

Requirements:
-Excellent leadership, team building, presentation and communication skills.
-Executive selling skills, financial analysis/management skills, and computer skills.
-BS Degree is preferred along with concrete/admixture industry or sales experience.
-Minimum of six years previous management experience, sales experience or aptitude, concrete QA/QC experience, electrical and mechanical aptitude.
