Elastic Latex Paint for Interior and Exterior Wall

Description

Elastic latex paint made with cross-linking acrylic latex, titanium white powder, filler, and additives ensures durability, color stability, and strong resistance. It delivers long-lasting weather protection, excellent water and alkali resistance, and effectively covers tiny cracks caused by substrate movement or temperature changes. They are ideal for premium decoration of interior and exterior surfaces such as concrete, cement, and brick, this paint can be applied with a roller or brush. For best results, store between 0–40°C.

Confected with high elasticity Cross-linking acrylic latex, titanium white powder, filler and additive, it has excellent performance as the normal high-level latex paint for exterior wall, such as outstanding weather ability, color retention, water and alkali resistance. In addition with high elasticity, it can cover exiguous crannies occurring by the deformation of the substrate or deformation caused by the temperature. This keeps excellent decoration function of the coat more.

Characteristic

Excellent weather ability, adhesion, color retention, alkali-resistance, resistance to soiling, and slightly color, outstanding water, alkali and rinsing resistance. Good extensibility and high tensile strength of the film.

Purpose

Suitable for high-grade decoration of interior and exterior walls makeup of concrete, cement and bricks to beautify and protect them.

Direction for Use

Method: This product can be applied with the roller or brush. It is recommended that brushing twice or three times to make the film reach a certain thickness (Dry film thickness = 0.03mm). If the film thickness is too low, the crannies cannot be made up. Do not add water. Otherwise, the function will be affected.
Application temperature: 5–40°C.
Pretreatment of the wall: The wall must be hard, dry, clean and flat. First, close the wall with primer. Brush primer one time and finish coat two or three times at intervals of 24 hours at least. Use only appropriate putty.

1.5kg, 6kg or 24kg (iron barrel)

Storage & Transportation

Fasten up the cover. Store at 0–40°C. Avoid direct sunlight. Can be stored for 24 months. Transport as non-dangerous goods. Avoid insolation and rain.

Note

The barrel must be tightly closed and kept out of reach of children. Use above 5°C. Application prohibited below 0°C. Protect eyes. If contact occurs, rinse with clean water and seek medical help.

Operation Criterion

1. Interior wall

• New wall: Must be dry (at least one month), water content < 10%. Putty may be used. Apply closed primer for better adhesion and color retention.
• Old wall: Remove old paint fragments. Sand intact films. Remove wallpaper if not paint-compatible.

2. Exterior wall

• New wall must be thoroughly dry (4 weeks in summer).
• Clean dust. Treat damaged or peeling areas. Use cement + gluewater or proper putty.
• For alkalinity, rinse with diluted acid, then clean water, and dry before painting.
• Use closed primer. Protect doors, windows, and equipment with plastic film.

Application

Primer: Apply once or twice. Interval of at least 4 hours if applying twice.
Finish Coat: Wait 24 hours after primer. Apply 2–3 coats with intervals of at least 4 hours (preferably 24 hours for elastic paint). Protect freshly painted surfaces from sunlight and rain.

Additional Notes

1. Apply above 5°C. Avoid application in rainy or windy weather. Wait 7 days after rain. Avoid use of polyurethane paint with interior latex paint.
2. Stir before use.
3. If necessary, dilute with small amounts of clean water (not for elastic paint). Stir and rest for 30 minutes before application.
4. Clean tools with water after use. Do not mix tools between paint types.
5. Product is non-dangerous and non-corrosive. In case of eye contact, rinse and seek medical advice.
